On 13 December 2010, Centrepoint Wealth Limited merged with ASX listed entity Centrepoint Alliance Limited (CAF).
Professional Investment Services Pty Ltd (PIS) is now a wholly owned subsidiary of CAF and is governed by the Board comprising of Centrepoint Wealth Limited and CAF representatives.
Richard (Rick) John NelsonFAICD
Chairman
Rick began his career in finance with AGC in 1972. After reaching the position of regional credit manager, he joined Australia's largest Ford truck and car dealer, Denmac Ford, in the role of General Manager - Finance.
In 1982, Rick, with support from Denis McEniery, founded the Centrepoint Finance group. The business is now 25 years old and has expanded nationwide. Before 2005, Centrepoint Finance made two major acquisitions, resulting in the group becoming one of Australia's largest commercial finance brokers. It merged with Alliance Finance in 2005 to form Centrepoint Alliance, and Rick was Managing Director until he stepped aside to take on the Deputy Chairman's role in 2007. He became CEO of the Commercial Finance business stream in April 2007.
Tony RobinsonManaging Director (CAF)
Tony Robinson joined Centrepoint Alliance in July 2009 as Managing Director/CEO. Tony has experience in a number of industries but has most recently been involved in the Financial Services Industry as Managing Director/CEO of IOOF Ltd for the period from 2007 to 2009 and prior to that as Managing Director/CEO of OAMPS Ltd for the period 2002 to 2007. Tony is also currently a Non-executive Director of Bendigo & Adelaide Bank Ltd.

Group Managing Director (Centrepoint Wealth Limited), Executive Director
Grahame Evans is the Group Managing Director of Centrepoint Wealth Limited, the parent company of Professional Investment Services (PIS): Australia's leading independently-owned network of financial adviser and accountants.
Grahame is based in Sydney and is responsible for driving the Group's value proposition and service offering to the network of advisers and accountants in Australia and the five offshore operations. Each provide quality services, support and education to enhance their associated advisers professionalism and deliver value-added services to their clients.
Previously, Grahame was CEO Investments for Tower Australia and Head of Corporate and Employee Benefits with AMP. At AMP he was responsible for Australia's largest company superannuation portfolio with more than 33,000 employees and AUD$11 billion under advice. Prior to that, as Managing Director of AMP Consulting, he was responsible for the superannuation consulting division of AMP including actuarial, trustee services, information technology, asset consulting and communications for clients such as Optus, BHP Billiton and Ansett to name a few.
Grahame has been extensively involved with the financial services industry for over 35 years and is a regular guest speaker at industry functions throughout Australia and overseas. He holds an MBA from the prestigious Australian Graduate School of Management, which has been ranked among the top 10 management schools in the Australasian region.
At the age of 32, Grahame became the youngest ever Australian to be appointed to the Board of an Australian life insurance company and was recognised as one of Australia's leading experts on superannuation with regular appearances across a variety of media.

Non-Executive Director
Chris established a financial planning practice in Ingham, North Queensland, in 1995. Prior to that he spent 13 years in the Royal Australian Air Force where his leadership qualities saw him rise to the rank of squadron leader.
Chris is also a Certified Practicing Accountant and Certified Financial Planner, as well as a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Noel GriffinNon-Executive Director
Noel has been involved in the refrigerated transport industry since 1966. He has had extensive experience in management, operation and ownership of transport and agri businesses. From 1982 to 1995, Noel was managing director of Refrigerated Roadways Pty Ltd which at one stage claimed status as the largest refrigerated carrier in Australia with assets of $74 million, annual revenue of $131 million, and 900 personnel. TNT acquired the company in 1995 and Noel served for two years on the executive council of TNT.
In addition to his interests in the transport industry, Noel was managing director and a shareholder of Table Grape Growers Pty Ltd from 1997 to 2001.
Noel is managing director of Prime Haulage Pty Ltd, a member of the Paccar Advisory Council and a life member of the World Presidents' Organisation.
Stephen MaitlandNon-Executive Director
Stephen has over 30 years in the banking and finance industry, with a wide-ranging knowledge in areas such as strategic planning, businesses in transition, risk management and corporate governance. He is also a non-executive director of companies such as Australian Unity, Buderim Ginger Ltd, RACQ Ltd and various other private companies.
Stephen’s previous roles included CEO of the Queensland Office of Financial Supervision, a Statutory Authority that supervised Queensland’s non-bank financial institutions.
In addition to his role as non-executive director on the CAF Board of Directors, Stephen will Chair the Board Audit Committee and is a member of the Board Risk Committee.
Stephen is also the Chairman of the Surf Life Saving Foundation and a member of CPA’s Queensland Divisional Council.
