A Chartered Accountant with more than 17 years experience servicing his clients, Stephen has been the Chairman of Professional Investment Holdings Pty Ltd since its inception.

Stephen is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Fellow of the Taxation Institution of Australia.

Professionally, he has a strong interest in small to medium enterprises and family businesses.

Robbie is responsible for the overall operations of the Professional Investment Services Group of companies. His role as Group CEO also involves developing training programs and business strategies for accounting firms and financial planning practices to develop in the financial planning area. Robbie has presented at many industry and accountants' conferences in Australia and overseas.

In 2006 Robbie was named by Money Management as one of Australia's top ten most influential people in finance. In 2003 he was the Northern Region winner of the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Competition and in 2004 was the winner of The Russell Group global award for Innovation and Development. The Russell Group is the world's largest adviser of retirement funds.

Robbie established Professional Investment Services in August 1996, along with a group of five financial planners and seven accounting practices.

Robbie has over 23 years experience in the financial services industry. He began his career as a financial planner with Monitor Money in 1986. In 1988 Robbie joined the Adviser Group of Companies where he held a number of positions involved with developing the group.

Robbie holds a Bachelor of Science degree, with a major in Business Administration and is a Certified Financial Planner.

The Managing Director of Professional Investment Holdings, Grahame oversees a network of thousands of finance, accounting and insurance professionals across seven countries supplying training, tools and resources to help them remain competitive and deliver value added services to their clients.

Grahame has been extensively involved with the financial services industry for over 25 years and is a regular speaker at conferences both in Australia and overseas. He holds an MBA from the prestigious Australian Graduate School of Management, voted in the top 10 management schools in the Asian region.

Before joining Professional Investment Services he was CEO Investments for Tower Australia and Head of Corporate and Employee Benefits with AMP. At AMP he was responsible for Australia's largest company superannuation portfolio.

Prior to that as Managing Director AMP Consulting he was responsible for the superannuation consulting division of AMP including actuarial, trustee services, information technology, asset consulting and communications for clients such as Optus, BHP Billiton and Ansett to name a few.

At 32 Grahame was the youngest Australian ever to be appointed to the board of an Australian life insurance company.

Having trained and worked with one of the world's largest accountancy organisations, KPMG, in Sydney Ken moved to the Gold Coast to take over a small Coolangatta firm.

He built this into a successful practice based on tax compliance and consulting, business development and financial planning.

Ken was one of the founders of Professional Investment Services.

Ken holds a practicing certificate and accreditation as a financial planning specialist with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Chris established a financial planning practice in Ingham, North Queensland, in 1995, and is a member of the Group's Platinum Club, a recognition given to high achieving advisers

Prior to that he spent 13 years in the Royal Australian Air Force where his leadership qualities saw him rise to the rank of Squadron Leader.

Chris is a Certified Practicing Accountant and Certified Financial Planner, as well as a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Tony is a partner of the Lismore branch of PIS; a business that extends along Northern New South Wales and includes numerous successful associations with accountants and solicitors.

Before striking out to start his own successful financial planning business, Tony was a 22 year veteran of the banking industry.

He started his career with the Commercial Banking Company of Sydney Ltd and remained with the bank when it became the National Australia Bank.

Elizabeth is Chief Legal Counsel, Group Compliance Manager and Group Company Secretary, Aviva Australia, and a member of Aviva’s Executive Team. Elizabeth is also a director of NULIS Nominees (Australia) Ltd, Aviva Australia’s superannuation trustee company. Elizabeth joined Aviva Australia in 1998 after 18 years as a corporate lawyer with Minter Ellison, one of the largest Australian law firms. A partner of that firm, she specialised in superannuation, managed investments and structured finance. Elizabeth is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

He was a founding member of Navigator.

Stephen's previous board positions include IFMA, Norwich Union Navigator and MYF.

Ben boasts more than 30 years experience as a finance professional and has been a Director since 1997.

Ben was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1977.

In 1984, Ben joined Davis Weinglass Accountants and became an Authorised Representative of Professional Investment Services Pty Ltd in 1996, and a director of PIH in 1997.
