A Chartered Accountant with more than 17 years experience servicing his clients, Stephen has been the Chairman of Professional Investment Holdings Pty Ltd since its inception.

Stephen is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Fellow of the Taxation Institution of Australia.

Professionally, he has a strong interest in small to medium enterprises and family businesses.

Robbie has been involved in the financial services industry for over 30 years and holds a Bachelor of Science, with a major in Business Administration. Mr Bennetts is also a Certified Financial Planner.

In August 1996 Robbie, along with a group of five financial planners and seven accountants, launched Professional Investment Services with a shared mission to provide clients with quality financial advice and a wide choice of products and services to suit their individual lifestyle and financial goals.

Today, Professional Investment Services is Australia’s leading independently-owned network of financial advisers and accountants. As Group CEO, Robbie has steered Professional Investment Services through an impressive growth period as well as developed the business across five offshore regions. In 2010, a CEO of Professional Investment Services was appointed to allow Robbie the freedom to focus on the future growth and profitability of the Group. Robbie is currently responsible for the overall direction of Professional Investment Holdings Limited.

In 2003 Robbie was the Northern Region winner of the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Competition and in 2004 was the winner of The Russell Group Global Award for Innovation and Development.* In 2006 Robbie was named by Money Management as one of Australia’s top ten most influential people in financial services and again in 2010 by IFA Magazine.

In addition to his accolades, Robbie is an active campaigner for the entire financial services industry, has been described as a super optimist and completely fearless in achieving what is best for the Group and its stakeholders. He is regularly invited as a key note speaker for industry events in Australia and internationally and is often featured across a variety of media.

Grahame Evans is the Group Managing Director of Professional Investment Services (PIS), Australia’s leading independently-owned network of financial adviser and accountants. Established in 1996, PIS is the flagship of Professional Investment Holdings Ltd (PIH) that operates across six countries – Singapore, New Zealand, Malaysia, Hong Kong and China.

Grahame is based in Sydney and is responsible for driving the Group’s value proposition and service offering to network of advisers and accountants in Australia and the five offshore operations. Each provide quality services, support and education to enhance their associated advisers professionalism and deliver value-added services to their clients.

Previously, Grahame was CEO Investments for Tower Australia and Head of Corporate and Employee Benefits with AMP. At AMP he was responsible for Australia’s largest company superannuation portfolio with more than 33,000 employees and AUD$11 billion under advice. Prior to that, as Managing Director of AMP Consulting, he was responsible for the superannuation consulting division of AMP including actuarial, trustee services, information technology, asset consulting and communications for clients such as Optus, BHP Billiton and Ansett to name a few.

Grahame has been extensively involved with the financial services industry for over 35 years and is a regular guest speaker at industry functions throughout Australia and overseas. He holds an MBA from the prestigious Australian Graduate School of Management, which has been ranked among the top 10 management schools in the Australasian region.

At the age of 32, Grahame became the youngest ever Australian to be appointed to the Board of an Australian life insurance company and was recognised as one of Australia’s leading experts on superannuation with regular appearances across a variety of media.

Grahame is an Executive Board member of PIH and the Chairman of Professional Investment Advisory Services Ltd, the Singaporean based subsidiary of PIH.

Having trained and worked with one of the world's largest accountancy organisations, KPMG, in Sydney, Ken moved to the Gold Coast to take over a small Coolangatta firm.

He built this into a successful practice based on tax compliance and consulting, business development and financial planning.

Ken was one of the founders of Professional Investment Services (PIS).

Ken holds a practicing certificate and accreditation as a financial planning specialist with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

 
Christopher Castles

Chris established a financial planning practice in Ingham, North Queensland, in 1995. Prior to that he spent 13 years in the Royal Australian Air Force where his leadership qualities saw him rise to the rank of squadron leader.

Chris is a member of the Group's Platinum Club, a recognition given to high achieving advisers.

Chris is also a Certified Practicing Accountant and Certified Financial Planner, as well as a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Upon leaving University, Greg joined the AMP Society, holding a number of positions with the Society throughout Queensland, the UK and with AMP subsidiary, Pearl Assurance. Upon return to Australia in 1995, Greg joined Suncorp, responsible for promoting and growing Suncorp Investment Management Limited in the Queensland distribution market.

In 1997 he joined the Professional Investment Services (PIS) team at head office and has been intimately involved with the growth and success of the Group over the years. Greg resigned in late 2006 and was elected to the office of Director again in December 2009.
