1. Business Services Accountant

Experience and Qualifications
We are seeking an Accountant with a minimum 5 years experience (ideally in public practice).

Reporting directly to the Partner you will help achieve business objectives by providing professional, quality business related advice to a portfolio of clients.

The Role:
You will need experience as follows:
•familiar in the preparation of tax returns for a range of structures
•preparation/completion of FBT/CGT calculations and Bas/IAS
•budgets, cash flow projections
•supervisory experience highly regarded

4. Team Administration Support

With a minimum 12 months experience in an office environment (experience in an accounting firm would be advantageous) you will provide efficient support services to the Tax & Business Services team to facilitate smooth operations and to act as the central point of contact for all team administration and client enquiries.

Your day will never be dull as you will perform a variety of duties such as -
•Management of the team Lodgement Program (including review of list & report requests)
•Lodgement of tax returns (assisting accountants with non-complex returns)
•Extract & monitor WIP (work in progress) reports
•Maintenance of AO/BGL for company details
•Lodgement of ASIC documents & assist with queries
•Client communication - taking phone calls, preparing cover letters
•Data Entry
•Team administration duties including training set up, photocopying, binding, maintenance of leave calendar
•Assist with relief reception

You may be a person who loves to work with accountants or may be studying to be an accountant.
Well organised with high attention to detail you will have strong knowledge of MS Suite, exceptional verbal & written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks whilst adhering to deadlines. You have the ability to work within a diverse team with multiple personalities.
