After operating in its own right within Malaysia for four years the Board of Standard Financial Planner Sdn Bhd (SFP) were pleased to accept an offer from Professional Investment Services for a minority shareholding in the company in 2006.

In recent years this shareholding has increased to majority shareholding and has been instrumental in providing the leverage required to place SFP in a preeminent position within the financial services sector of Malaysia.

As well as its head office based in Kuala Lumpur, SFP has representation in Penang, Kota Kinablu (Sabah), Ipoh and East Coast.
