Paul Forbes joined Professional Investment Services (PIS) in 2005 from Asteron where he held the position of general manager of distribution for Guardian Financial Planning and Cameron Walshe. Since he joined the Group, Paul held the role of chief operating officer until August 2009 when he was promoted to the role of Group General Manager – Product and Research.Paul is also the Managing Director of Australian Loan Company (ALCo), the mortgage aggregation subsidiary company of PIS.
Paul’s role as GGM – Product and Research is to manage his team to develop and grow PIS’ product suite domestically and internationally and manage the relationships with key suppliers of quality products.
Paul also manages the research component of the network. One of his key objectives is to deliver a robust and diverse product universe for the PIS network to meet their clients’ risk and wealth needs.
