Brad Kahlefeldt has finished up his 2008 season with three podiums finishes from four starts in the ITU World Cup Series and three wins: the Gold Coast, Nyon and Bordeaux.

Brad Kahlefeldt won the French Grand Prix in Bordeaux on the 6th September. His team 'Paris Racing' also took out first place, putting them in 2nd place in the overall ranking of the Grand Prix with one race to go.

PIS sponsored triathlete, Brad Kahlefeldt finished 16th in his triathlon event on 19th August at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. With a finishing time of 1hour, 50 minutes and 26 seconds Brad had a great race.

Only days before competing in Beijing, Brad also took out first place in the VW Nyon Double Sprint Triathlon on 10th August. Congratulations Brad!

Brad Kahlefeldt finished second to Javier Gomez at the 2008 Tiszaujvaros BG Triathlon World Cup in Hungary on 13th July. Brad's final time was 1 hour, 51 minutes and 50 seconds.

Brad Kahlefeldt has had to pull out of the World Championships and Madrid World Cup due to a hip injury. His first race back will be the Paris Grand Prix on 14th June.

Brad Kahlefeldt secured a silver medal at the New Plymouth BG Triathlon World Cup in early April, holding onto second place in the world rankings. Brad is now training hard for the Tongeong World Cup in South Korea on the 26th April 2008.

Brad Kahlefeldt came in second place at the Mooloolaba BG Triathlon World Cup on the 30th of March, missing out on first place by less than 30 seconds.

Brad made a winning return to racing at the Gold Coast Triathlon in early March after being out of the game since the Beijing test event back in September. Brad finished the triathlon with a time of 1hr 46 minutes 59 seconds. "I'm really fit at the moment, but it was still good to get this win and confirm my complete recovery from the pneumonia. My lung is still fully functional which should silence some critics who thought I wouldn't come back from it" says Kahlefeldt.

Brad Kahlefeldt finished the 2007 season as World Number 2 and 3rd in the ITU World Cup series.
