Duncan Free and rowing partner Drew Ginn won gold at the Beijing Olympics in the men’s pair final on 16th August, clocking in at 6 minutes and 37.44 seconds. Well done Duncan and Drew!
Duncan and Drew have won pre-selection for next years Olympics. They were voted International Crew of the Year after their second consecutive World Championship Gold Medal. We look forward to cheering them on in Beijing 2008!
Duncan Free & Drew Ginn finished third in the 2008 Rowing World Cup in Switzerland on the 1st & 2nd of June after taking out first place in both their heat and the semi-finals.
World Champion Crew Duncan Free & Drew Ginn won the men's coxless pair at the Penrith Nationals in early March. Duncan also secured third place in the Men's Interstate Single Scull with a time of 7:12.
