OLYMPIC rower Duncan Free has shown how courage and determination can triumph.
Widely regarded as the most complete rower in the large Australian Squad; Duncan had always demonstrated superb athleticism, power, technical precision and tactical smarts.
An Australian representative for the past 20 years Duncan has competed at four Olympic Games and made his childhood dream a reality when he won a Gold Medal in the men’s pair at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
Duncan is now training for the 2010 and 2011 World Championships before competing at his fifth Olympics in London in 2012.
