Steve Jeffress - Golfer

Steven Jeffress came first in the 2008 Coca Cola Morobe Open in Lae, Papua New Guinea in early May. After rounds of 68 and 70 on the first two days, Steve began the final round by making four birdies in the first seven holes on his way to a round of 66 and victory by one shot.

Steve Jeffress came 11th in the IC Frith & Associates Pro Am in Castle Hill on the 10th & 11th of April 2008 with a final score of 146.

Steve Jeffress took 2nd place at the Sydney Meriton Invitational with a total score of 155. He finished 14th at the Royal Pines Pro-Am the previous week, following his return from the Johnnie Walker in India.

Steve Jeffress finished up the Johnnie Walker Classic in India 5 over par with rounds of 75 and 74, placing 115th in the tournament.

Steve Jeffress has come on board as one of Professional Investment Services' sponsored golfers. Steve finished 3rd in the Smartcup Australian Invitational on the 19th January, and with a final score of 146 in the VIC PGA from the 31st Jan-3rd Feb. Look out for Steve in the New Zealand PGA between 14th-17th February.

Due to Steven's 12th place on the Australasian Order of Merit, he is exempt through to the final stages of the European and Japanese Tour Schools. This is a huge bonus, as there are three stages in Europe and four stages in Japan. Steven is also exempt through to the second stage in the United States.
